Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg kiwi(s)
  • 500 g gelling sugar
  • 500 g sugar
  • 120 g ginger root

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

super delicious with spicy cheese

Peel and puree the kiwis, finely chop the ginger, and add it to the kiwis along with the sugar and preserving sugar. Simmer everything for about 10 minutes, then pour into jam jars and screw on the lids tightly. It’s delicious as a dip for cheese and baguettes, or as a small gift for your host.
