Breakfast: Granola with Sugar Beet Syrup

The perfect breakfast: granola with sugar beet syrup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 70 g Fine oat flakes
  • 70 g Hearty oat flakes
  • 50 g Sunflower seeds
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Msp Vanilla extract
  • 70 g Beet syrup
  • 2 tbsp Poppy seeds at will
  1. Mix the ingredients well in a bowl until small lumps appear. If the mixture is too dry, either add one or two tablespoons of water or coconut oil.
  2. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees top / bottom heat for about 15 – 20 minutes until golden brown. Turn everything once in between. Let the granola cool down on the tray and then pack it airtight in a glass or similar.
