Semolina porridge with nuts and raisins

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 125 g semolina (durum wheat semolina)
  • 60 g sugar
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 50 g nuts, ground or chopped
  • 30 g raisins
  • vanilla sugar
  • possibly lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Bring the milk to a boil, stir in the semolina. Add the sugar, nuts, and raisins, and bring to a boil. Mix the egg yolks with the remaining ingredients and fold in. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. It’s quick and delicious hot or cold.
