Flatbread with tomatoes and mozzarella

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 flatbread(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 6 tbsp olive oil, more if needed
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 points mozzarella
  • salt and pepper
  • Basil, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the flatbread in half crosswise. Crush the garlic and mix with the olive oil, salt, pepper, and basil. Brush both sides of the bread with the garlic. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella. Top the bottom half with tomatoes, then with mozzarella. Cover with the top half. Brush this with oil and bake for 10-15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C. Cut into 6 slices.
