Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g mushrooms, brown
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp spice mix (mushroom spice)
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 1 pinch of chili
  • 4 rolls
  • 25 g herb butter
  • 40 g Gouda, grated
  • 40 g Cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/convection oven. Finely dice the mushrooms and onions and sauté over medium-high heat for 5-10 minutes. Near the end of the cooking time, add the spices and herb butter and let cool. Blend the cream cheese with the mushroom mixture, Gouda, and Cheddar until creamy. Halve the rolls and spread the mushroom cream evenly on top. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. The rolls make a great party snack or, with a side salad, as a main course. They taste great hot or cold.
