Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes, boiled
- 2 eggs
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- 20 g cornstarch
- 150 g smoked bacon, lean
- Salt
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Grate cold potatoes, mix with eggs, breadcrumbs, cornstarch, and lightly fried bacon cubes to form dumpling dough. Season with salt and nutmeg. Form dumplings and cook in boiling salted water.
