Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 2 cups yogurt (vanilla flavor)
  • ½ can pineapple
  • ½ can peach(s)
  • 75 g raisins
  • 125 g almond sticks
  • ¼ liter cream
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • some butter for the pan
  • some sugar for the pan

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix the quark with the vanilla yogurt in a bowl. Then drain the pineapple and peach juice (save for later use if necessary), chop it up, and fold it into the quark mixture along with the raisins. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan and toast the almond slivers with a little sugar, then add it to the bowl. Now whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff and add it to the remaining ingredients. Finally, add a little of the reserved fruit juice, if desired. A quick tip: You can change the fruit to suit your taste, e.g., bananas, tangerines, cherries, etc.
