Papaya Dessert

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 papaya, ripe
  • 100 g natural yogurt
  • 2 tbsp xylitol (sugar substitute)
  • some vanilla, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Low carb, quick to make, simple and refreshing

Peel and seed the ripe papaya. Cut the flesh into pieces and place it in a tall container. Add the xylitol and vanilla and puree with a hand blender. This can also be done in a blender. Add the yogurt and mix thoroughly. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. If the papaya has been refrigerated, the dessert is ready to eat immediately. You can use a small papaya or about a quarter of a giant papaya. In my experience, the larger ones are more aromatic. You can make papaya pepper from the seeds.
