Tuna and corn quesadillas

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 flour tortilla(s) or wraps
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 100 g corn
  • 80 g Gouda, grated
  • 40 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 40 g natural yogurt
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

quick, healthy and also ideal as a snack

Combine all ingredients, except the tortillas, in a bowl and mix. Season with salt and pepper. Spread half of the mixture on one side of a tortilla and fold it over. Place in a nonstick pan without oil and cook over low heat, turning occasionally, until the quesadilla is lightly browned and the cheese inside is melted. Repeat with the second tortilla.
