Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of pudding powder (vanilla pudding powder)
  • 60 g sugar
  • 500 ml milk
  • 250 g quark
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Pour the milk into the saucepan, reserving some. Bring to a boil. Stir the vanilla pudding powder (never add it to warm milk!) and the sugar into the remaining milk. Stir into the boiling milk and let it thicken, stirring constantly. Let cool. Mix the quark with the vanilla sugar and stir into the pudding.
