Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tbsp Parmesan
- ½ bunch parsley
- 250 ml cream (panna)
- salt and pepper
- 500g spaghetti
- 100 g tomatoes, pureed (Pomodori)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain in a colander. Then add the cream to a saucepan and simmer for 3 minutes. Meanwhile, wash the parsley, shake dry, and finely chop. Stir the parsley, passata, salt, and pepper into the cream (best with a whisk) and simmer for another 3 minutes. Finally, stir the Parmesan cheese into the sauce, toss with the spaghetti, and serve.
