Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 250 ml milk
- 20 g fried onions
- ½ cube of yeast
- 1 tsp, heaped salt
- 2 tsp, heaped garlic granules
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Goes wonderfully with soups, makes 8 pieces
Warm the milk slightly and dissolve the yeast in it. Add the salt and garlic granules to the flour and mix with the yeast milk to form a dough. Finally, add the fried onions. Let this dough rise for 30 minutes and form into 8 mini baguettes. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C, then reduce the temperature to 160°C and bake for another 5 minutes.
