- 300 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 100 g oat flakes
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- some clove(s), powder
- 1 tbsp rum
- ½ tsp liquid sweetener
- 650 g apples, peeled, pitted, grated
- 350 g raisins

Knead all ingredients thoroughly and pour into a loaf pan lined with baking paper. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 75 minutes, or longer. Tastes like fruit bread.
