Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • some clove(s), powder
  • 1 tbsp rum
  • ½ tsp liquid sweetener
  • 650 g apples, peeled, pitted, grated
  • 350 g raisins

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Low-fat

Knead all ingredients thoroughly and pour into a loaf pan lined with baking paper. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 75 minutes, or longer. Tastes like fruit bread. Once cooled, transfer to a Tupperware container and let it sit for about 3-4 days; this will make the bread nice and soft. 2703 kcal (whole cake), 20 g fat / 6.6%, 1 piece: 135 kcal
