Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 225 g flour (wheat flour)
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 ½ tbsp oil
- Flour , for the work surface
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
In a bowl, combine flour, salt, and 100-150 ml of water. Knead the dough with your hands until you have a smooth dough. Divide the dough into 5 pieces. Roll out the dough pieces into circles on a floured surface. Heat 0.5 tablespoons of oil per flatbread in a pan. Fry each flatbread over medium heat for 3 minutes, flip, and cook for another 3 minutes on the other side.
