Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 200 g cheese (Gouda), grated
- 200 g ham, raw, diced
- 200 ml milk
- 1 packet of baking powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and season to taste. Be careful with the salt, as the raw ham already adds a lot of salt to the batter. Then pour the batter evenly into a greased 12-cup muffin tin. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 15-20 minutes, until the muffins are golden brown.
