Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ¼ avocado(s), pitted and peeled
- 150 g blueberries
- 1 tbsp soy yogurt (yogurt alternative)
- 250 ml almond milk (almond drink)
- 1 dashes vanilla extract
- possibly agave syrup
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Briefly rinse the blueberries in a sieve and let them drain. Puree them in a blender with the sliced avocado, yogurt, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Sweeten with agave syrup, if desired.
