Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ Charentais melon or cantaloupe melon
- ½ mango(s)
- 100 ml coconut milk
- 150 ml coconut water
- some agave syrup
- some lime juice
- Vanilla extract
- Cardamom powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
vegan, fruity-mild
Peel and core the melon and mango, or remove the stones. Roughly chop the flesh and blend it with coconut milk and coconut water. Thin with additional coconut water if necessary. Season to taste with agave syrup, lime juice, vanilla extract, and cardamom.
