Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g flour
  • 300 ml milk
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ tsp herbal salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 2 tbsp mixed herbs to taste, fresh or frozen
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Finely chop the herbs. You can also use frozen herbs, of course. Put the flour in a bowl and whisk it with the milk. Then gradually stir in the eggs. Add salt, pepper, and the herbs and mix. Heat the oil in a pan, ladle in the batter, and cook the pancakes. A 20 cm pan made 8 pancakes. You can use the pancakes as a filling, serve them with creamed vegetables, or cut them into strips and serve with a salad.
