Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g sugar, brown r
- 150 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 250 g butter, room temperature
- 400 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 400 g chocolate (Swedish block chocolate tastes best)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
makes 70 cookies
Beat the butter until fluffy, add the brown and white sugars, vanilla sugar, salt, and eggs. Knead in the flour mixed with the baking powder. Finally, add the chopped chocolate. Form small balls and place them on the baking sheet, leaving some space between them (cookies will spread a bit). Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) until the “feet” of the cookies are lightly browned. Makes approximately 70 cookies.
