If desired, decorate the loaves with almonds. Baking temperature: 180°C, baking time: 1-1.5 hours. Then, while still hot, brush the Advent breads with sugar water. They will keep in cling film in the refrigerator throughout the Advent season. Advent bread tastes delicious with or without butter.
