Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter
  • 300 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp water or orange juice
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 225 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 150 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 150°C. Combine the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, water, and egg, e.g., using the dough hook in a mixer. Add the oats, salt, flour, and baking powder. Form the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet, leaving plenty of space between them. Bake on the lowest rack for approximately 10-12 minutes.
