Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g chicken drumstick(s)
- 2 can/n tomatoes, peeled
- 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
- 3 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 bag of fresh spinach
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, hot
- 1 bunch of soup vegetables
- vegetable broth
- some water
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Simmer the chicken drumsticks in the vegetable broth with the soup vegetables for 20 minutes, then remove. Peel and finely chop the onions, and sauté them in a little oil. Add the tomato paste and let it brown. Deglaze with the canned tomatoes and a little water. Season with salt and pepper. Wash and trim the spinach, and add it to the tomato broth. Add the chicken drumsticks and simmer for another 30 minutes.
