After Eight Bundt Cake

The perfect after eight bundt cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 450 g Flour
  • 100 g Food starch
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 4 Free range eggs
  • 200 g Sugar white
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 250 Milliliters Buttermilk
  • 100 Milliliters Oil
  • 200 g After eight
  1. Mix the flour with the cornstarch and baking powder and sift into a mixing bowl. Add the buttermilk and stir in.
  2. Now stir in the oil, sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix in the eggs one by one. Cut the After Eight tablets into small pieces and fold them into the batter.
  3. Pour the dough into a prepared Gugelhupf dish. Place the cake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for approx. 60 – 65 minutes. (Chopsticks sample) After the baking time, take it out of the oven and let it cool down in the mold.
