After Eight Bundt Cake
The perfect after eight bundt cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 450 g Flour
- 100 g Food starch
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 4 Free range eggs
- 200 g Sugar white
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 250 Milliliters Buttermilk
- 100 Milliliters Oil
- 200 g After eight
- Mix the flour with the cornstarch and baking powder and sift into a mixing bowl. Add the buttermilk and stir in.
- Now stir in the oil, sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix in the eggs one by one. Cut the After Eight tablets into small pieces and fold them into the batter.
- Pour the dough into a prepared Gugelhupf dish. Place the cake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for approx. 60 – 65 minutes. (Chopsticks sample) After the baking time, take it out of the oven and let it cool down in the mold.
