Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
WW suitable, 1 PP piece, makes approx. 30 pieces
Beat softened butter with a hand mixer, gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix the flour with the baking powder and cocoa, sift, and stir in. Then add the milk and peppermint oil. Depending on the consistency of the dough, you may need to add a little more milk. Fill the dough into a piping bag and pipe rings about 3 cm in diameter, or roll into balls, flatten slightly, and place on baking sheets. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes, then let cool. Mix the powdered sugar with the water and peppermint oil and decorate the cooled cookies. Depending on how large you make the balls, they will have about 1 PP each.
