Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 jar sour cherries
  • 100 g chocolate mint bars
  • 175 g whipped cream
  • 375 g natural yogurt
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 50 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Drain the cherries well. Finely chop the chocolate-mint bars. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Mix the yogurt, vanilla sugar, and sugar, then carefully fold in the chocolate-mint bars and cream. Place the cherries in 4 bowls and then pour the cream over the mixture. I like to refrigerate it for a while so the mint can infuse.
