Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 liter of milk
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 egg(s)
- 80 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 125 g semolina
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Instructions

Separate the egg and beat the egg whites until stiff. Whisk the egg yolks with 3 tablespoons of milk until smooth. Bring the remaining milk to a boil with the sugar and salt, then remove from the heat. Sprinkle in the semolina and let it swell. Stir in the egg yolks and fold in the beaten egg whites. Serve with cinnamon sugar or fruit (fresh or canned).
