Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 liter of milk
- 1 pack of pudding powder
- 4 tbsp cream
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix milk, sugar, and pudding powder according to the package instructions (please don’t use cheap pudding, but if you must, use 1.5 liters of milk and 2 packages of pudding). Bring the remaining milk to a boil. Meanwhile, quickly whip the cream. Pour the pudding-milk mixture into the boiling milk and bring to a boil. Stir in the whipped cream. Zwieback goes wonderfully with this. Great for kids. Tastes great with any pudding! In summer, it’s wonderfully refreshing served cold with strawberry pudding.
