Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 700 g potatoes
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 onion(s)
- ½ pointed cabbage
- 100 ml cream
- 1 tsp beef bouillon, instant
- oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions

Peel the potatoes, dice them, and fry them in a pan with a little oil. In the meantime, cut the pointed cabbage into strips. When the potatoes are lightly browned and still have a slight bite, remove them from the pan and season with salt and pepper. Add the minced meat to the pan and fry until crumbly. Finely slice the onion and add to the minced meat. When everything is nicely browned, add the potatoes to the potatoes and stir to combine. Season to taste and add more seasoning if necessary. Braise the cabbage in the frying fat at low heat until it still has a slight bite. Stir the instant bouillon into 200 ml warm water and add to the cabbage. Pour in the cream. Return the potatoes and minced meat to the pan and stir everything together.
