Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 chili pepper(s), red
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- ½ bunch parsley
- Salt
- 400g spaghetti
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Thinly slice the garlic, deseed and finely chop the chili. Heat the oil in a pan. Lightly fry the garlic and chili. Chop the parsley and stir in. Mix in the pan with the drained spaghetti and season with salt.
