Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 220 g spaghetti
  • Water (salt water)
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • 1 can tuna in its own juice
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 red chili pepper(s)
  • olive oil
  • 1 tbsp herbs (oregano, thyme, basil)
  • Tabasco

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with spicy tuna and garlic mixture

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions. Trim the chili pepper and slice it into thin rings. Peel the garlic and onion. Finely dice the onion and thinly slice the garlic. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion, garlic, and chili. Drain the tuna well. Add a little of the pasta water to the pan and add the pasta. Stir in the fish, Tabasco, and herbs and heat briefly. Season with salt and pepper.
