Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 egg yolks
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 500 ml oil
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Garlic mayonnaise

Crush the garlic. Add the breadcrumbs, salt, and milk and mix. Let it swell briefly. Beat the eggs with the mixture using a mixer until the mixture turns light brown. Slowly add the oil. Finally, season with lemon juice. Tip: If you prefer a thicker mayonnaise, use more oil. It’s best to make it a day in advance.
