Aioli – potato salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 ½ kg jacket potatoes, waxy
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp Miracel Whip Balance, 3 cups aioli
  • 1 bunch chives, fresh, chopped
  • Salt, coarse
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 50 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 50 minutes

simply delicious….

Boil the potatoes, then drain and let cool. Then cut into nice slices. Place the potato slices in a large bowl with the aioli and Miracle Whip. Peel and finely chop the garlic, and add it to the bowl along with the chopped chives. Mix everything well—but carefully. Finally, season with coarse salt and pepper and let it sit until ready to serve. It’s best to prepare it the morning of the party.
