Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cake base
- 500 g strawberries
- 1 cup mascarpone
- 1 cup natural yogurt, low-fat
- 3 tbsp vanilla sugar, preferably homemade
- 1 handful of pine nuts
- 1 handful of mint, fresh leaves

Hull and halve the strawberries. Mix the mascarpone with the yogurt and vanilla sugar and spread it on the cake base. Arrange the strawberry pieces on top, either fan-shaped or randomly. Roast the pine nuts in a dry pan until golden brown. Sprinkle over the cake. Sprinkle the mint leaves over the cake.
