Ajvar Lahmacun
The perfect ajvar lahmacun recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Flour
- 350 g Ajvar
- 1 packet Dry yeast
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 bunch Parsley
- 5 Garlic cloves
- 2 Onions
- 150 ml Cream
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 packet Sieved tomatos
- 250 g Minced meat
- 1) Knead the ajvar lukewarm with the remaining ingredients to form a dough. And let go of 1std.
- 2) Chop the parsley, onions and garlic into small pieces. Mix with the remaining ingredients and season to taste.
- 3) Preheat the oven to 180 fan speed, line baking trays with baking paper.
- 4) Divide the dough into 10 balls and roll out extremely thin. Spread 1-2 flat cakes with the topping and bake for 10 minutes. It is best to stack all the flatbreads (until they are eaten) in a bowl or on a plate and cover with a cloth, so they stay warm and roll well 🙂
