Djuvec Rice with Ajvar

- 2 bag Rice, 125 g each
- 1 Glass Ajvar, 340 ml, spicy or mild, depending on your taste
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 Can Green peas
- Some margarine
- Salt or Greek spice mixture as desired
- Boil the rice in salted water and drain. Melt some margarine in a saucepan, toast the tomato paste and add the rice. Add ajvar. Mix everything well and heat. Drain and fold in the peas. Finally, season to taste with spices.
