Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 turkey schnitzels
- 100 ml cream
- 100 g sour cream
- 100 ml milk, a little more if necessary
- 4 tbsp ajvar
- 1 can of corn
- 1 onion(s)
- some oil
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- Garlic granules
- Tabasco
- chili powder

First, wash and dry the schnitzels, then season with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste. Lightly brush the baking dish with oil. Quarter the onion, separate the individual layers, and arrange them in the dish. Drain the corn and add them to the baking dish. Place the well-seasoned schnitzels on top of the corn. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top and bottom heat). For the sauce, mix the milk with the sour cream, then stir in the cream. If the mixture is too thick, add more milk. Add at least 4 tablespoons of ajvar to the mixture. Season the sauce to taste with salt, pepper, paprika, chili, Tabasco, and garlic seasoning. Pour the sauce over the schnitzels. Place the baking dish on the middle rack of the oven for 90 minutes. You may need to cover the schnitzels after a while to prevent the surface from becoming too brown. Serve with potatoes or rice.
