Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 20 g pine nuts
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 piece(s) white bread, dry
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup(s) white wine
  • 2 onions
  • ½ cube of stock
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Spanish meatballs

Knead soaked bread with minced meat, parsley, garlic, egg, and pine nuts, then form into small dumplings. Coat in flour and fry in oil. Peel and grate the onions and fry in a pan until golden brown. Then add the wine, 1/2 stock cube, and bay leaves. Add the fried dumplings to this sauce and simmer gently for about 1/2 hour.
