Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Chopped Chicken
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 small Grated onion
  • 2 tbsp Homemade breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0,25 tsp Ground white pepper
  • 1 pinch Chili pepper
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying
  • Barbecue grill sauce

Instructions
 

  • Chop the chicken very finely (my wand has a meat knife), then mix a smooth minced dough with the egg, onion, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and chilli. Let it rest for about 20 minutes, then form 16 small dumplings out of it.
  • Turn the dumplings in breadcrumbs and fry them in the heated oil over a mild heat until golden brown. Serve with a dollop of barbecue grill sauce for dipping and broccoli spaghetti.
