Albondigas De Pollo – Crispy
The perfect albondigas de pollo – crispy recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Chopped Chicken
- 1 Egg
- 1 kl. Grated onion
- 2 tablespoon Homemade breadcrumbs
- 1 Teaspoon (level) Salt
- 0,25 teaspoon White milled pepper
- 1 pinch Chili pepper
- Breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
- Barbecue grill sauce
- Chop the chicken very finely (my wand has a meat knife), then mix a smooth minced dough with the egg, onion, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and chilli. Let it rest for about 20 minutes, then form 16 small dumplings out of it.
- Turn the dumplings in breadcrumbs and fry them in the heated oil over a mild heat until golden brown. Serve with a dollop of barbecue grill sauce for dipping and broccoli spaghetti.
