Albondigas De Pollo – Crispy

The perfect albondigas de pollo – crispy recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Chopped Chicken
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 kl. Grated onion
  • 2 tablespoon Homemade breadcrumbs
  • 1 Teaspoon (level) Salt
  • 0,25 teaspoon White milled pepper
  • 1 pinch Chili pepper
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying
  • Barbecue grill sauce
  1. Chop the chicken very finely (my wand has a meat knife), then mix a smooth minced dough with the egg, onion, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and chilli. Let it rest for about 20 minutes, then form 16 small dumplings out of it.
  2. Turn the dumplings in breadcrumbs and fry them in the heated oil over a mild heat until golden brown. Serve with a dollop of barbecue grill sauce for dipping and broccoli spaghetti.
