Chinese Cabbage and Corn Salad

Ingredients
 

  • 150 g Corn
  • 0,5 head Chinese cabbage fresh
  • 1 Red Chopped onion
  • For the dressing:
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Chili oil
  • Mustard
  • Vinegar
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Some mineral water
  • Some parsley
  • A few drops of sweetener or dissolved sugAr

Instructions
 

  • Clean the Chinese cabbage and cut into fine strips. Cut the onion into fine cubes. Drain the corn. Put all the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl and stir well. Add onions, corn and Chinese cabbage. Mix everything well and season again if necessary. We only had a delicious baguette with it.
