Ingredients
- 150 g Corn
- 0,5 head Chinese cabbage fresh
- 1 Red Chopped onion
- For the dressing:
- 100 g Sour cream
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Chili oil
- Mustard
- Vinegar
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Some mineral water
- Some parsley
- A few drops of sweetener or dissolved sugAr
Instructions
- Clean the Chinese cabbage and cut into fine strips. Cut the onion into fine cubes. Drain the corn. Put all the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl and stir well. Add onions, corn and Chinese cabbage. Mix everything well and season again if necessary. We only had a delicious baguette with it.
