Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 ml milk
- 100 g vermicelli
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 lemon(s), organic, peel
- 200 g sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- some cinnamon for decoration
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Bring the milk, sugar, lemon zest, and cinnamon sticks to a boil in a saucepan. Then add the vermicelli and cook for 3-5 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat, add the egg yolk, and stir. Then add the butter. Remove the cinnamon sticks and lemon zest and transfer the pasta mixture to a mold or several small dessert bowls. Let the dessert cool and then garnish with cinnamon.
