Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 burger bun with sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp ajvar
- 1 burger patty (beef and lamb or just beef)
- some salad mix
- 3 slices cucumber
- 1 slice(s) tomato(s)
- Onion rings, red
- some feta cheese
- some harissa paste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Fry the burger patty in a pan with a little oil over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side. Alternatively, grill. Depending on the weight and desired doneness, cook for a little longer. Cut open the sesame seed bun. Spread the bottom half with ayvar. Add lettuce and the patty. Top with cucumber, tomatoes, and onion rings, and crumble some feta cheese over the top. Spread the top half of the bun with harissa paste and place on top.
