Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g margarine, vegan
- 200 g sugar
- 150 g hazelnuts, grated
- 375 g flour (whole grain)
- 175 g chocolate sprinkles, vegan
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 130 ml soy milk (soy drink)
- 130 ml water
- n. B. Chocolate, vegan, for the icing
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
vegan chocolate nut cake, for 12 pieces
Whisk the margarine and sugar until fluffy, then add the remaining ingredients. The batter should fall easily from a spoon, so add more or less liquid if necessary. Pour into a cake pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 30-50 minutes, depending on the pan used. Do the toothpick test. Melt the chocolate and cover the cake with it.
