Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 3 medium-sized bell peppers
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 500g penne
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. vegetable broth
  • oil
  • Soy sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with minced meat

Cook the noodles in plenty of salted water until al dente. Wash and finely chop the vegetables. Cook the vegetables in a little broth until tender but still slightly firm to the bite. At the same time, fry the minced meat in a little oil until browned and crumbly, then season with salt and pepper. When the noodles, vegetables, and minced meat are ready, add everything to a large(!) pan and fry briefly. Add a little more broth if desired, season with soy sauce and pepper, and serve.
