Almond and Macadamia Tea Biscuits

- 2 Protein
- 80 g Powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 60 g Ground almonds
- Macadamia cream
- Grind powdered sugar and almonds in a blender to make fine flour. Beat egg whites with salt and sugar until stiff. Fold in the almond mixture.
- Apply in a circle on a silicone mat or baking paper (see picture) and bake at 160 ° C top / bottom heat until golden brown. Let cool for half an hour.
