Ingredients
 

  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 80 g Powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 60 g Ground almonds
  • Macadamia cream

Instructions
 

  • Grind powdered sugar and almonds in a blender to make fine flour. Beat egg whites with salt and sugar until stiff. Fold in the almond mixture.
  • Apply in a circle on a silicone mat or baking paper (see picture) and bake at 160 ° C top / bottom heat until golden brown. Let cool for half an hour.
  • Carefully peel off the baking paper, brush the halves with macadamia cream and put them together.
