Tea Biscuits – Summer Speculatius
The perfect tea biscuits – summer speculatius recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Prepare the dough mixture 1 day in advance:
- 300 g Whole wheat flour
- 1 Msp Driving force or soda z. B.:in m. KB “Neunerlei”
- 2 tbsp Speculoos spice mix, e.g. E.g .: in m. KB
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 3 tbsp Beet syrup
- 1 tbsp Sugar brown raw sugar
- 2 piece Chicken eggs fresh
- 1 tbsp Chopped almonds
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 75 g Butter, hot
- 1 El Oil as a separating agent for the dough when rolling out
