Almond and oil broccoli

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 large broccoli
  • 1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Broccoli with garlic oil

Wash the broccoli and remove the bad leaves. Cook uncovered in plenty of salted water in a pot. Add the vinegar. Heat the oil and sauté the garlic. Remove the broccoli from the water and drain well. Place on a platter and pour the garlic oil over it.
