Almond Balls / Almond Muffins

The perfect almond balls / almond muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 125 g Ground almonds
  • 100 g Flour
  • 1 packet Tartar baking powder
  • 90 g Sugar
  • 25 g Margarine
  • 175 ml Almond milk
  1. Turn on the cake pop maker or preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
  2. Put the milk and margerine in a bowl and heat gently in the microwave so that the butters melt gently. In the meantime, mix the remaining ingredients together. Then stir in the butter-milk mixture properly.
  3. Now fill the dough into the molds in the cake pop maker and bake for about 8 minutes. They take just as long in the oven, I use small muffin cases for this. If you use larger ones, do the stick test, as they can then take a little longer. Finished 🙂
  4. TIP 1: I baked them with Rewe free of flour, so you can also make them with gluten-free flour 🙂 TIP 2: I make them like this, but you can of course cover them with chocolate on cake pop sticks, which is even better looks (in my opinion) if you put them in small praline molds and then put a little chocolate dab on top with topping (e.g. colorful sprinkles, small gold balls etc.)
