Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cake base (Viennese base, 3-piece)
- 500 ml milk (just under 500 ml to make the pudding firm)
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
- 400 g almonds, grated
- 250 g butter
- 100 g jam, at room temperature, (my favorite: apricot)
- 100g Nutella
- 12 pralines or chocolate pieces

quick and tasty
Make a pudding from milk, sugar, and pudding powder and let it cool to room temperature. For the cream, stir the butter and almonds into the pudding with a hand mixer. Spread the jam on the first slice of cake base, spread 1/4 of the cream on top, and cover with the second slice of cake base. For the second layer, you will need another 1/4 of the cream. Mix two tablespoons of the cream with Nutella and spread it on the base. Then spread the remaining 1/4 over the top and place the third slice of cake base on top. Now spread another 1/4 of the cream on the third slice of cake base. Cover the edge of the cake with the last 1/4 of the cream. When it comes to decoration, there are no limits to your imagination. A little extra for those with a penny and marzipan lovers: Before decorating, you can place a marzipan blanket (you can buy these ready-made) over the cake.
