Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 200 g red peppers
- 200 g cucumber(s)
- 100 g chicken breast fillet(s), cut into strips
- 100 g red grapes
- 100 g yogurt, natural, 0.1%
- 1 half orange(s)
- some salt
- some pepper
- some chili powder
- some lamb’s lettuce for garnishing
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Clean and wash the bell peppers and cut into 1 cm long sticks. Wash and peel the cucumber and cut into 1 cm long sticks. Wash and halve the grapes. Place everything in a bowl and mix. Fry the chicken breast strips and season with pepper, salt, and chili powder. For the sauce, chop the flesh of half an orange and puree it in a tall bowl. Add the yogurt and mix. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the sauce over the salad and stir briefly. Then add the fried chicken strips and garnish with a few cleaned lamb’s lettuce leaves.
