Almond Chia Energy Balls

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g almonds, alternatively nuts
  • 200 g date(s), dried
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Superfood snack for a little hunger between meals, delicious, quick and easy to prepare, vegan, makes 20 pieces

First, place the almonds and dates in a food processor, food processor, or blender for about 30 seconds to chop them. Then add all the other ingredients and mix until a smooth, sticky mixture forms. Form the mixture into about 20 small balls. Store the balls in an airtight container. To help them set faster, place them in the freezer for about half an hour. The energy balls will keep in the refrigerator for at least two weeks. Makes about 20 balls.
